The next time you’re exploring your chart and groaning over hard the aspects, I want you to reframe this by keeping in mind the following:
The pressure of squares creates diamonds.
The friction of conjunctions makes pearls.
The tension of oppositions yields exquisite high-tensile strength silk.
An “easy” chart is a chart in which there are more limited opportunities for massive soul growth – a nativity littered with trines and sextiles just doesn’t offer the individual the same degree of stimulus to hone & refine character. That’s not at all to imply those with comparatively more relaxed nativities are somehow “lesser”; far from it! It’s just that in every difficult chart, from a spiritual point of view there is some kind of latent rags-to-riches Cinderella story waiting to unfold. Whether or not the individual will rise to this challenge is, of course, entirely up to them.
